Thank you for shopping with Vedara. Each product is made with care and printed on demand, which means we produce items specifically for you once your order is placed. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

We encourage customers to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We gladly offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


3. Refunds (If Approved)

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank


4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, as production begins shortly after.

After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
